UIUX Designer

Responsibilities:

1.Define the user experience for multiple products and projects using tools such as mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams.
2.Develop a good working relationship with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives, to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques.
3.Ensure functional and visual consistency between various customer-facing products/applications.
4.Deliver your design documentation in an inspiring, yet well-organized way.
5.Implement advanced UCD processes
6.Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
7.Ask smart questions and champion new ideas

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor Degree or above in Interaction Design, HCI, Information Architecture, Psychology or equivalent
2. 5+ years of full time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital, web/mobile-based products
3.Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototyping (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Flinto, Principle etc)
4.Familiar with the latest web and app development technologies and trend
5.Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills
6.Excellent written and oral communication skills: the ability to present and explain UX directions to a broad audience, and to 7.contribute effectively during all phases of a project
8.Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity
9.Excellence in presentation, spoken and written skills in Mandarin and English
10. Portfolio demonstrating your previous work is required
