Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Engaged in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, CV screening, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate gets onboard.
2. Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media.
3. Build pipelines with candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability.
4. Be flexible to be involved in other people Ops Projects, will partner with fellow People Ops team members & own various projects to drive greater company initiatives forward - like onboarding, training, employer branding as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or related will be preferred.
2. More than 2 years’ hiring experience related to marketing, operations, customer service professionals, overseas working experience will be preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and other languages will be a plus.
4. Proactive, result oriented, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
5. Strong logical thinking capability, has a whole picture to talent acquisition function.
