Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the program resource planning and program execution
- Responsible for the program gate controlling
- Responsible for the jobshare discussion between internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the project finance controlling
- Responsible for the customer PVR discussion
- Regular exchange with customer regarding the risk and hardpoints during project execution
- Collaborate with project team regarding the daily activities in EV battery topics
- Support with team leader and BU managers regarding the acquisition projects
- Provide technical support to customers
- Support sales team in project acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Masters or bachelor in electrical/mechanical/vehicle engineering/electronic information/computing/automation related majors.
- At least 3 years of outstanding work experience with EV batteries, background with NEV OEMs and EV Battery Manufacturers will be highly appreciated.
- Relevant experience in EV powertrain/chassis/steering system.
- Proficient in PMO, TS16949 process.
- Familiar with V cycle, waterfall, and agile development development process
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Fluent English
