Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safety activities during concept phase according to customer's input, including item definition, HARA, FSC
- Responsible for technical safety concept on system level, including TSR/TSC/safety analysis(FMEA/FTA..)
- Support software/testing team for software safety requirements and integration testing.
- Responsible for Hardware Safety Requirement and hardware metrics
- Responsible for reviewing other's functional safety work products
- Collabrate with global safety team in joint development projects
- Provide technical support to customers
- Support sales team in project acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Masters or bachelor in vehicle engineering/electronic information/computing/automation related majors.
- 8 years of functional safety system architecture/hardware design experience. L2/L3 ADAS/AD functional safety project experience is preferred. Relevant experience in powertrain/chassis/steering system is also a plus.
- Proficient in ISO26262/SAEJ2980/ISO21448 and related functional safety standards, familiar with Functional Safety/SOTIF development process
- Proficient in FMEA/FTA/FMEDA/STPA and other functional safety analysis tools and methods
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Fluent English
