How long does it take to visit more than 10 shops? What are the unique features of each shop? We visited all the vintage shops on Shihuqiao Road, exploring each one to find their specialties.
Shihuqiao Road is located in the city centre with convenient public transportation. You can choose to take the metro to Fengqi Road or Wulin Square Station and the street is within 10-minutes’ walk. Besides browsing vintage stores, there are also many women's clothing stores, cafes, and shopping malls like Kerry Center, CDA Plaza and Hangzhou Center nearby to provide more shopping choices.
Quirky Tooth Store
This store has an overall pink and tender theme. The entrance corridor is only half a room but filled with cute illustrations. Inside the store, there are many handmade crafts, including hand-drawn original illustrations, clay fridge magnets, and hand-knitted hats. There is a mirror at the entrance decorated with dolls, perfect for taking photos. Additionally, this store offers paid instant camera services.
Half-Room Vintage Shop
The storefront is only half a room with a vibrant yellow-green color scheme, making it pretty eye-catching. Despite its narrow size, the store offers a wide range of products at friendly prices. The average price for earrings is around 20-30 yuan, and vintage shirts are priced from 100to 300 yuan. Towards the back of the store, there is a small landing piled with dolls where many girls take photos.
Anywhere Vintage Store
At the entrance, there is a statue of a red M&M’s, which is very appealing. Inside the store, there are many racing suits, vintage cartoon leather jackets (such as Betty Boop's icon), and a wide variety of bold-colored clothes, including rare collectibles not commonly found in China.
Peach Park Vintage
As the most pinkish shop on Shihuqiao Road, the "Vintage Photobooth" is its biggest attraction. Compared to other stores, it has fewer categories of clothing and accessories, but it owns a photobooth machine placed in the corner, which makes you feel like traveling back to the millennium age. In addition, there are also many vintage Polaroid and instax cameras to provide photo services.
Bubble Buyer Store & Vintage
The store is decorated with Barbie posters, giving it a unique touch. The main products for sale are clothing, with affordable prices and diverse styles, including hottie style, Japanese style, and sweet style. The store also offers a wide range of accessories, including those of various vintage styles like Baroque and a good selection of vintage ties.
Miravana
This shop mainly focuses on men's clothing, making it perfect for male shoppers. The shop is decorated with many film cameras, surrounded by numerous photos. American-style shirts are the classic signature products, along with many men's racing suits and baseball jerseys.
Rich Vintage Store
With a cream-colored exterior, you can feel how cute this shop is even before entering it. The vintage clothing in the shop mainly consists of spring dresses, short sleeves, lightweight jackets, etc., giving off a spring-summer vibe.
Ginza Vintage
This shop was originally a bar with two floors. Although the ground floor of the shop may seem a little crowdy, it showcases lots of vintage clothing and vintage luxury bags. This shop mainly focuses on luxury pre-owned fashion stuffs, where you can find quite some items from YSL, Chanel, Hermes, and other luxury brands.
BIGWA Vintage Zakka
BIGWA Vintage Zakka is one of the earliest vintage shops opened on Shihuqiao Road, offering not only clothing but also many accessories and toys. The shop has a retro storefront signboard and a more Dopamine color scheme for its indoor decoration.
Lin BrandNew Vintage House
This is an American-style vintage cottage with an orange theme. The store offers many cute bags and fluffy clothes, as well as some original design clothing, such as trendy Y2K elements like camisoles or skirts.
