What is a foreigner's work permit?
Work permits are issued by the Chinesegovernment to allow foreign nationals to workin the country. Here is a guide to obtaining aforeigner's work permit.
Basic qualifications
1. You must receive a job offer from a legal company in China. Once youhave the offer letter in hand, you need to apply for a Foreigner's Work Permit Notification Letter.

2. After obtaining the Foreigner WorkPermit Notification Letter, you can apply for the Z visa at a local visa office Chinese embassy or consulate.
Z Visa
A Z visa allows you to enter China to work. China has three different categories for foreign employees according to your skill levels, achievements. contribution. etc:
Category A High-end experts
Category B Professionals
Category C Other foreigners
3. Once your visa is approved,you are allowed to enterChina.
4. You can enter China with Z visa and register witn the local police staton with in 24 hours of your arrival.Complete medical checkup as soon as possible, which will be arranged by your employer.
5. Within 15 days of your arrival in China, your employer must apply for a Foreigner's Work Permit on your behalf.
6. Within a month of your arrival, go to the entry-exit administration of the local police with your Foreigner's Work Permit to apply for a residence permit.
7. Now you have obtained the work permit and residence permit and you can start your career in China!
