International Talent Exchange | Gathering Overseas Educational Forces to Discuss Future Development

On March 5th, the overseas higher and vocational education field project matching special release meeting, hosted by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts and organized by the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals, was held with great ceremony at the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals. Representatives from institutions such as the Singapore Professional Education and Training Center, Hungary's S.L. International Exchange Co., Ltd., FEDUCATION-Finnish International Education Innovation Research Institute, Dezhong Zhihui (Beijing) Education Technology Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Yiti International Group, Hebei Provincial Association for International Exchange and Cooperation in Education and Culture, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Economics and Business, and Hebei Normal University, totaling 50 participants, attended the meeting.

Director Wang Zhongqun of the Foreign Expert Management Division of the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Deputy Director Sun Yifang of the Foreign Expert Management Division of the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Director Cao Fengmei of the Science and Technology Bureau of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone also attended the meeting. At this meeting, Professor Tomasz from Poland and Dean Fedir from Ukraine, both foreign experts in the field of education, were specially invited to attend and release projects.
This event is dedicated to promoting connectivity in Hebei's education sector and to facilitating the implementation of more in-depth and extensive educational projects through the release of international educational projects, matching of high-end educational expert talents, and sharing of international educational project implementation results. This initiative aims to inject new momentum into innovation and progress in the field of education, build an international exchange and cooperation platform for Hebei, and enhance Hebei's strength in the field of international education.
Director Wang Zhongqun stated that this project matching release meeting has gathered a variety of international educational resources. Through the release of projects in the international education field, new measures and paths for educational development are explored, and there is a joint effort to promote innovation and development within the province's educational institutions. This initiative has facilitated the organic integration of the education chain, talent chain, capital chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, establishing a cooperative platform for the introduction and alignment of international educational projects, technology, and talent in Hebei.
Furthermore, at this meeting, Professor Tomasz and Dean Fedir from the field of education were specially invited to share their experiences and visionary perspectives in international educational cooperation, offering attendees abundant academic and practical enlightenment.
At this event, 12 projects were released on-site, and 3 projects were signed, including talent introduction, technology introduction, overseas training, and international exchange activities. This has laid a solid foundation for promoting Hebei Province's educational international exchange cooperation, the international development of the teaching staff team, and the launch of international cooperative research.
In the future, the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals will continue to build more communication bridges between Hebei Province and academic, business, and talent resources from around the world, to jointly promote the prosperity and development of Hebei's educational cause.
