International Talent Exchange | 5 Overseas Experts Reach Cooperation with Local Enterprises at the Event!

On March 20th, the International Talent Exchange Matching Meeting hosted by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts and organized by the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals was successfully held. Five overseas experts from countries such as Russia, the Netherlands, and New Zealand, along with more than 80 representatives from enterprises at home and abroad in fields like biomedicine, equipment manufacturing, and new-generation information technology, attended the meeting.

At the event, the leaders in charge of the Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals gave a detailed introduction to the development status of the base, the next steps in the science and technology innovation development plan, and the arrangements for a series of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.

At the meeting, Dr. Glitter, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder Augusta from New Zealand, Technical Advisor Kalu Imo from Nakhod Oil Company under the Russian Oil Group, Deputy General Manager Viacheslav and Electrical Engineer Mikhail from the Russian AeroSib Company, and Lex Dielen, a risk management expert from the Netherlands, were specially invited to attend and release projects. Representatives from multiple companies actively engaged in matching and exchanges with the overseas experts.

On-site, cooperation intentions for talent and projects were reached between overseas experts and five companies, and cooperation agreements were signed to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism.
Next, the Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals will continue to carry out international talent exchange activities, overseas expert visits to Hebei, and overseas visits, continuously gathering high-quality outcomes, quickly responding to the technological needs of Hebei enterprises, achieving timely supply and precise matching, and promoting the transformation of innovative achievements into new quality productive forces.
