10 New Measures and Work Permits Announced for Foreign Talent in Hebei Province

III. Expanding cross-regional mobility of foreign talents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region: a) Maximizing the utilization of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Foreign Talent Service Alliance.  b) Pilot implementation of a work permit filing system for foreign experts across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.  c) Encouraging foreign experts to visit Hebei during weekends for exploration purposes.
IV.Establishing an innovation hub for foreign talents in Xiong'an New Area: a) Attracting top scientists to Xiong'an, focusing on national strategic needs.  b) Organizing the "Foreign High-Level Expert Xiong'an Tour." c) Addressing practical issues faced by foreign experts in their work and daily lives.  d) Supporting the training and exchange of management and technical talents from Xiong'an New Area abroad.  e) Attracting global high-level talents to lead technological innovation projects.
V.Supporting industrial parks in overseas "investment attraction and talent recruitment": a) Organizing representatives from key high-quality enterprises to conduct overseas "investment attraction and talent recruitment" activities.  b) Prioritizing the recruitment of core technical experts in internationally leading precision steel smelting technology and intelligent environmental protection dust removal systems.  c) Providing targeted support to key industry clusters within the province to attract overseas investment in industrial chains and precision talents.  d) Facilitating technical project negotiations and connections with foreign experts.  e) Actively supporting participation in important international forums and conferences.  f) Implementing policies for talent, resource, and information sharing.
VI.Strengthening the construction of major talent recruitment and exchange platforms: a) Supporting the establishment of "offshore innovation and entrepreneurship bases for overseas talents" in high-tech zones, economic development zones, and bonded areas.  b) Establishing a China-Europe (Hebei) Enterprise Exhibition Center in Europe.  c) Promoting the comprehensive service platform for foreign talents - the "Charming Hebei" channel.

Enhancing international cooperation in education and healthcare: a) Establishing demonstration units for introducing education and medical talents. b) Supporting disciplines with independent innovation capabilities. c) Facilitating the construction of international education cooperation centers and international medical cooperation centers.
