ABOUT US
Guided by the Publicity Department of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and operated by Hangzhou Daily Press Group’s City Express, HZICC is dedicated to becoming the main platform for international communication in Hangzhou, the primary gateway for overseas audiences to learn about the city and the main channel for showcasing Zhejiang's charm. Hangzhoufeel, our flagship brand, continuously shares the best stories and voices of Hangzhou with the world through multiple platforms and media.

Currently, our two major overseas communication platforms, Hangzhou’s official overseas  social media account Hangzhoufeel and the official overseas social media account of Hangzhou Asian Games have over 5 million followers in total. These platforms provide real-time updates on Hangzhou's vibrant culture and landscapes. We also publish Hangzhou’s only English newspaper, Hangzhoufeel, which is published bi-weekly, reaching expatriates and English speakers with the latest news about the city. Throughout the year, we organize various experiential, sharing, and interview activities, fostering multidimensional communication between Hangzhou and the global community.
Additionally, “Hangzhoufeel” is also available on both WeChat and Alipay, featuring information for expats in Hangzhou and nationwide, as well as English speakers.
HZICC collaborates with friends from all walks of life to present a credible, lovable, and respectable image of Hangzhou, pinpointing the city's position in the global context.

Regardless of age or nationality, if you maintain a keen interest in cross-cultural communication and a dedicated mindset, and if you are willing to commit to an internship (full-time preferred) for two months or longer, the following positions are open for you:
Bilingual Reporter/Editor/Anchor Intern
Navigate though different linguistic contexts and delivers engaging, comprehensive reports. Video Editor Intern
(including Directing/Shooting/Editing/Production)
Use a camera to capture vivid stories of Hangzhou accurately. Visual Communication Intern
Match each communication theme with unique visual style. Operations Intern
Plan and execute events aimed at fostering interaction and active participation among community members.
