Introduction:
The Fortune Tea Caddy features a gracefully tapered body with a rounded shoulder, a cinched waist, and a flat base, adorned with auspicious cloud motifs atop, exuding elegance and opulence. The caddy is intricately engraved with openwork windows showcasing interlocking Ruyi patterns symbolizing peace, prosperity, and auspiciousness. Nestled within are two playfully intertwined and rotating Chi Hu (a type of animal in ancient Chinese legends, belonging to the Jiao-loong), with a central inset gem representing a bundle of fortune in perpetual motion. Surrounding the dragons are lush peony motifs, characterized by sinuous branches and elaborate blossoms, symbolizing enduring wealth and prosperity. The edges and base are embellished with textured hemp patterns, while the circular lid features radial and Ruyi patterns inset with gems, symbolizing eternal auspiciousness, seamlessly integrated with the caddy's overall design, showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship in every detail.
