Xingtai Third Middle School (Xingtai Foreign Language School) is a full-time and complete high school directly under the Xingtai Education Bureau. It was established in 1958 and in March 1999, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Education Commission, it was added with the school logo of "Hebei Xingtai Foreign Language School". It is the only provincial-level foreign language characteristic school in Xingtai City. In 2008, Xingtai 21st Middle School was merged into Hebei Xingtai Foreign Language School, Becoming one of the complete middle schools in Xingtai City that offer both primary and secondary education as well as higher education. In 2022, it successfully passed the provincial demonstration high school evaluation and acceptance, becoming a demonstration high school in Hebei Province.

At present, the school has 1 top-level teacher, 28 national and provincial backbone teachers, 2 model teachers in Hebei Province, 2 young social science experts, 3 provincial and municipal famous teachers, 5 excellent teachers, and 116 senior high school teachers.
